Support starts here:

Hi friend, I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re pregnant and struggling, or in the thick of postpartum, you’ve come to the right place. I’ve been there myself and can truly relate.

Pregnancy can feel overwhelming—whether this is your first baby or your fifth. Sometimes, a little extra support can make all the difference. Are you a first-time mom feeling anxious about becoming a parent? Have you experienced a miscarriage in the past and now find it hard to relax or enjoy this pregnancy? Are you worried because you don’t feel the connection with your baby that you hoped for? Or maybe you’re pregnant with a toddler and feeling absolutely exhausted and overwhelmed. I’ve got you—these are all things my clients and I talk about in therapy.

And once the baby arrives, it can be incredibly helpful to already have a relationship with a therapist in place. Finding support in the thick of postpartum can be hard, and having someone you already trust can make that transition feel a little less daunting.

Speaking of postpartum—almost every mom can benefit from some extra support during this time. Postpartum can be exhausting, challenging, and at times, very lonely. With the huge shift in hormones and the impact of sleep deprivation, it’s common to notice big changes in mood. You might be postpartum after a miscarriage or a loss and trying to process everything. Maybe you had a difficult birth and now feel constantly on edge. Maybe you’re struggling to sleep even when your baby is asleep because you can’t stop checking to see if they’re breathing. Or perhaps medical complications during delivery have left you feeling anxious about your own health.

You might also be feeling sad, crying more than usual, snapping at your partner, having trouble connecting with your baby, or experiencing bursts of anger that feel completely out of character. I’ve got you here too. These are all things my clients bring up in postpartum therapy, and you are not alone.
